A Boston Common hotel: Nine Zero Hotel
Boston Common and Nine Zero Hotel
Your stay at Nine Zero Hotel puts Boston Common and the Freedom Trail in your front yard.
Just across the street from Nine Zero Hotel, the picturesque Boston Common is in the heart of the city. This 50-acre park is a favorite local destination and a place that we Bostonians enjoy with great pride. It is a place of celebration, protest and play—and occasional misspelling. Many people look for Boston Commons hotels, but being a true Boston Common hotel, we can verify that the word is singular—as singular as our boutique Boston hotel.
Established in 1634, Boston Common is the oldest public park in the nation. It's been the site of everything from a British Redcoat camp in 1775 to civil rights rallies and music concerts. The Frog Pond is a popular ice-skating spot in the winter, and on the eastern corner near Nine Zero Hotel is Park Street Station, one of the first two subway stations in America and still among the most active.
Boston Common hosts several citywide festivals and performances, including:
- Shakespeare on the Common
- Boston Lyric Opera's Outdoor Opera Series
- Boston Pride
Nine Zero Hotel puts you in the center of Boston with style. For an insider's take and more information about what's happening in and near Boston Common during your stay, contact our concierge at (617) 772-5800. You can also visit the Freedom Trail website.
