- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- High-Speed internet access is complimentary for Kimpton In Touch guests. Guests who are not yet Kimpton In Touch members may sign up to receive complimentary access, or choose either Gold ($15 for 24 hours at a 1024k speed) or Silver ($10 for 24 hours at a 768k speed) access.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes, located on the third floor. Equipped with a small selection of cardio equipment and free weights. Open 24 hours.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Yes, 24 hours
- Do you have a business center?
- Yes, located on the third floor. Requires a credit card as payment.
- Do you have a pool?
- No, however, the concierge staff can assist with locating a nearby facility.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- We don't have a spa in the hotel. However we offer In Room Spa services.
Transportation/Directions
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No, however our concierge is happy to assist with any transportation needs. Taxis are also readily available at the airport and average cost from Logan Airport to the hotel is approximately $25-$30.
- What are your cross streets?
- Tremont Street and Bosworth Street
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Yes, valet parking for an additional $42 per night with unlimited in and out privileges.
Reservations
- How do I view my reservation?

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- No charge for the above items. All room types will accommodate the additional sleeping arrangements, however, it is against Boston fire-code to place a rollaway bed in a room equipped with two queen sized beds.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the booking agent used to make the reservation
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- 18 years old
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Eastern Standard time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes, however, not traditional connecting rooms. The rooms we label as connecting do so through an outside door which will shut, and the two adjacent room doors will be propped open and connected by a small hallway.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in, one night's room rate and tax will apply.

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- We accept cash and all major credit cards.
- Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
- Yes, the hotel requires a $100.00 deposit per night.
- How can the incidental deposit be made?
- This deposit can be placed on your credit or debit card. We do not accept cash for incidental deposits.
- When will the incidental deposit be returned to my debit or credit card?
- The incidental deposit is released on the day of your departure at midnight. Your bank will then have to post the transaction to your account.
- How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check in?
- At check in we authorize your entire stays room and tax plus a $100 a night incidental deposit.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Of course pets are allowed! There are no restrictions to the type or size of pet. We ask all guests to sign a wavier at check-in stating that the guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. We also ask for the guest's cell-phone number in the event they are out and the animal is causing a disturbance.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- Yes, the 11th floor is completely pet free and hypoallergenic
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- The concierge can assist with providing pet sitting or dog walking services.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- One block to the Boston Common Park
