Terms + Conditions
Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract by May 31, 2020 and consumed by December 31, 2021. Promotion is based upon availability and does not apply to groups already contracted at a Kimpton hotel with possible limitations and exemptions to concurrent promotional offers. Minimum spend threshold for tiers is based on combined and actualized group guest room, catered food and beverage, and meeting room rental charges (exclusive of tax and service charges). The percentage discount off the master account folio applies only to these charges (exclusive of tax and service charges). All other associated revenues with the contracted group and/or meeting will not qualify for the master account folio discount. Additional fees may apply to selected concession based on the total number of attendees and/or client enhancements to selected concessions. Food and beverage or guest room minimums may apply and vary by hotel. Available only at participating Kimpton hotels; some exclusions may apply, please contact the hotel directly for details.
