Welcome to the Kimpton, Nine Zero Hotel. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Massachusetts Travel Guidelines. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Housekeeping Services:

  • The hotel lobby is sprayed every day using professional electrostatic backpack sprayers, and all rooms are placed on hold 24 hours after departure. If the room is unable to be put on hold for 24 hours, the sprayer is used. The electrostatic sprayers are designed to quickly disinfect entire areas of the hotel, with an effective and even coverage.
  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is provided based on your comfort level, so if you prefer to have your room serviced at a particular time, please let us know. Our team will enter the room 30 minutes after you leave the room and provide basic stay over service. You can also text us directly at 617-718-5780 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor. Other services can be removed altogether.     • A coffee maker can be delivered to your room upon request or you can visit Café Bonjour, located steps away from the hotel and receive 10% off your purchase
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available. Rates begin at $55 per night.
  • The closest self-parking option is Pi Alley garage. Parking fees begin at $39 per night.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Cafe Bonjour and Mast, our nearby partner restaurants are open.
  • Better Sorts restaurant is currently closed.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is not currently available.

Fitness Center:

  • Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day with the exception of 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., when it is closed for sanitization.
